• Complete membership rules are set forth in the Member Handbook. In the event of a conflict between the Handbook and the Fact Sheet, the Fact Sheet will override the Handbook.

• All Memberships are valid for 12 months (seven months of the season and five months free winter storage). Memberships include member’s spouse and children in the residence.

• Membership fees are based upon the location and size of the campsite selected. The membership year begins on the date stated on the application.

• The resort is not open to the public.

• Each site is landscaped and the resort mows all of the grass on the property.

• The resort is open for seven months of the season (approximately April 15th thru November 15th). The gates are locked during winter months (November 15th thru April 15th). During winter months members will be allowed to enter on Sundays 1:00pm-4:00pm (weather permitting).
